I always choose the 1 Hotel when I need a place to stay in the city, and every experience has been better than the last. From check in to check out, the polite, accommodating staff really go the extra mile however they can. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. Thanks!

My husband and I plus our 4 teenager grandkids had another amazing stay at the Ritz. Customer service is outstanding in all fields - staff personnel are efficiency, friendly, and professional. They make everyone feel that they are the most important guests in the hotel. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. Just the best getaway experience.
