"This was such an amazing property and such a great respite after a day of hiking in Yellowstone. The kitchen was great and well-equipped. Such a convenient location to restaurants. "This was our second year in a row staying at the Camper, and have already booked for next year. My son and I stayed five days and spent every day in the Park. This property offers so many advantages to maximizing your time in Yellowstone. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, fridge/stove/microwave along with an outdoor grill that we cooked 2" thick ribeyes on the last night watching a beautiful sunset. "Bucking Moose was an excellent location and place to stay. Very clean, water pressure great, parking was excellent & overall LOVED the place!! Would highly recommend or suggest to anyone who is going to Yellowstone to stay here! Walked into town every evening! "

"We were very happy with our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bath was better designed than most hotels that we’ve stayed at. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Minutes to Yellowstone Park Gate. Fellow guests were friendly and quiet. We would stay here again."

"Staff was very accommodating, but our tent was not ideal with rainy conditions. Tents should have been checked after the rain. Also, nobody was there for checkout for rented heater return."

"It’s exactly what it says it is. I don’t do much camping so it was nice to have a comfortable bed in an off the grid tent. I stayed in a king bed tent with my husband and 2 dogs. It is as comfortable as one can be camping. If you don’t want to camp stay somewhere else. Over all I loved it even with rain and a thunderstorm. We stayed dry and warm! I would stay again or recommend if that’s the type of stay your looking for."

"The cabin was affordable, clean, and in good condition. Island Park is very spread out so its not really near anything but also not real far either. "

"Cool concept. Small but clean and comfortable room in a pretty spot near the entrance to Yellowstone. We did damage our vehicle's bumper on the rocks surrounding the unit's parking area, as we arrived after dark and the area is not well lit at night."

"The property is a little dated, the bathroom fan is just a smidge below the volume of a jet engine, but the location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and the value of the stay is very good. I can’t stress enough how good the staff was. For a motel style hotel, they delivered like they were the Ritz Carlton. “Can I help with your bags, can we recommend food, can we do anything to make your stay better…”"
