"We had a fantastic stay here recently. The staff were wonderful and were able to help us send our luggage to our next hotel. We utilised the in room massage service which was fantastic and good value. The free shuttle bus to and from the hotel from the train station was also a bonus! It would be good if they added a stop to the Nishiki Market to the shuttle service as it is quite a long walk into the main market and shopping district. "

"Center of Gion area, shopping , food, trains and bus are all in walking distance. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast buffet has many choices but not much of meat rotation but is still very good. "
