"This property is a bit out of the way but the view of mount fuji was amazing! Onsens where not tattoo friendly (we expected this) You can get a shuttle bus for the closes station to get you there between 2 and 5 for check in and then a free shuttle bus back to the train station that moring. "

"Our short stay at Hotel Mifujien and Kawaguchiko was wonderfull. The room had a breathtaking view of Fuji-San, plenty of space and gave us a proper traditional Japanese experience. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again."
