NEW: Charming villa with mountain views

Bella Vista Blu is a stylishly furnished holiday home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a new kitchen. The house is located in a secluded community at the foot of the volcano "Montana roja", above Playa Blanca. The entrance of the community is secured by a gate with access code. High walls make the property secluded and give you the greatest possible privacy. The lovingly landscaped garden with its typical plants, the shady patio and the large, covered terrace offer a variety of places to stay. The heated pool (28 degrees) guarantees year-round a great bathing pleasure. The new kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, etc. In the living area, the large window fronts with sliding doors make the house appear bright and friendly. On hot days, the living area can be opened wide on both sides, so that a light wind ensures a comfortable temperature. In the living area and in bedroom 1, if required, the air conditioning can be switched on (for a fee). Bedroom 1 (double bed 1.60m) has a bathroom en suite, a large closet and can be completely darkened. Bedroom 2 (2 beds a 0,90m), also has a built-in wardrobe and can be completely darkened. Bedroom 3 "Studio" (double bed 1,60m) is located between the entrance area and the patio, slightly off the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. This bedroom also has a sofa, a work desk and a wardrobe, as well as privacy blinds that do not completely darken the room.
Good to know: On your arrival the house is professionally cleaned and the beds are made. Cleaning / hand and bath towels / sheets / bath towels are included. For stays of 8 nights or more, you will receive a full linen change. By satellite, German television programs can be received. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The pool is cleaned 1-2 times a week. A German speaking care on site takes care of all concerns. A barbecue and pizza is available. A rental car is recommended because the house is a bit off the beaten track of Playa Blanca. A private parking space is available to the right of the entrance.

We booked this Villa believing this to be one of the more luxurious villas in the area, based on the description, the photo's and the cost per night. Unfortunately it didn't live up to our expectations. We felt it important to provide an honest review for others looking at the villa and to support the owners make changes. raising issues whilst there would have caused disruption to our holiday. we just got on with things. Firstly, the arrival beer (we assume) was out of date. The sunbeds are without cushions and rather awkward with high side arms so you cannot fully relax when sunbathing. the Kitchen was full of small tiny ants and unpleasant. Needs some pest control. Two aircon units throughout the villa. We didn't opt for these as the annex double bedroom didn't have one. The pool sides were not clean, the yellow imprint suggested that its not cleaned regularly and the tiled floor when wet would leave a dirty imprint, this was a real shame. The pool itself looks bigger in the photo's, but adequate for a small family Larger Annex bedroom doesn't have mosquito guards on the windows, even sleeping with everything closed we were bitten badly so chose to sleep inside. larger ants in the rear shower room (not en-suite) going up and down the wall en-suite is large, beds comfy, villa gets great sunshine small shop very close, Taxi's (€5 to PB), secure! fairly secluded, but buses or taller people can see in to pool area from the road. if the above are resolved, great villa to stay at

This is an honest review for anyone looking to stay here. Positives Really nice Villa and communication with owner really positive and responsive. Villa was really well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. On arrival villa was presented really well. Pool area really nice and some nice views with mountains in the background. Sun loungers nice and seating area nice for relaxing on. Newish kitchen which good and the showers were both something different and quirky. Negatives : Unfortunately we had a really bad ant problem. I know abroad you get ants but this was on another level. We couldn’t leave a drink on the side for more than 5 minutes without little tiny ants / bugs ending up in it. We did a food shop for the week and on day two on going to pour the cereal it had ants in it. All the sugar in the cupboard had ants in it (even in a sealed jar). I did contact the property managers but they only really suggested any spray which was fine for the main areas but I couldn’t spray the food cupboards with this. It’s not the owners fault but did ruin it for us because we had to chuck half our food shop away. Even biscuits that we had bought and stored in the cupboards had to be t

Lovely villa
Stayed for a week in July with my husband, 2 sons and their girlfriends. Lots of room to spread around or come together to socialise. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool area lovely, although only 4 loungers so we could have done with 2 more with there being 6 of us. Location was a little further out than we thought but we had hired a car so not much of a problem - 30 mins walk to Flamimgo Beach and id say 45 mins walk to Playa Blanca centre, but taxis are easily available and cost around £4. Overall a fab place to stay and chill out, would definitely recommend.

Pleasant Stay
We had a wonderful week and the villa was just perfect for our needs. Everything was neat and tidy. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and plenty more. We were also greeted with a much appreciated welcome gift. Bed linens for the kids were missing but after one call everything was fixed. We enjoyed the sun rise over the mountains and had nice hours in the pool. So happy kids happy parents. Just perfect! Big Thanks to the hosts.

The house was beautiful and clean. However we did notice a lot of small bugs in the kitchen so make sure to secure your food. Also one of the showers wouldn’t get hot and the other completely would get stopped up. But I’d still come back!

April 2023 Review
Great stay at the Villa. Markus and Gabriella in hand to sort out some minor issues. Pool area, outside wonderful. Living room, dining and kitchen great. Listed as sleeps 6. This is true. However the largest double bedroom is divorced from rest of house. Have to access a courtyard to get in to house from it. However most disappointing aspect is the blinds at windows in this room. They are cheap and installed offset, so light beams through, waking you up at 7am! Glad we only had a part of 4 so only used this room for clothes and cases. Overall 4 out of 5. Just pleased we’re we’re a part of 4, not 6.

Lovely villa in quiet location
The property was in excellent condition, in a quiet location north of Playa Blanca. The communication with the owners was excellent. Marcus responded swiftly to questions. I though the villa was very spacious for three adults, with 3. good-sized bedrooms. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, clean villa in a quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista Blue. The villa was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. We had plenty of towels which were changed out half way through our stay, since we stayed for 8 days. Our children enjoyed the pool, it was very clean. The property manager Alexandra was very nice and gave us tips for restaurants and beaches that were away from the tourist hotspots. Markus answered all questions we had promptly and sent us all the information we needed for the villa. A car is needed if you want to explore the island, however if your looking to stay in Playa Blanca only, taxis are very cheap (3-4 euros one way) and will get you there in 5 minutes. It was a great stay and would recommend the villa to friends and family.

40 min away from every thing.
Only communication got from manager was to find out what time I was leaving. There was no towels (same towel for 3 days), no kitchen paper towels, no shampoo, no iron , place is uncomfortable to sleep (cramped) I used the outside room was big without bathroom. My friend used the inside room and he says bedroom was cramped also but not bathroom. The cheapest hotel will have that. Way away from beach or atraccións Sorry. Next time I will use a hotel.

Really good stay at Bellavista Blu
We had a really nice 5 days holidays at Bellavista Blu. The house was as per the pictures, really stylish and super well equipped with everything you'd need. We really enjoyed using the bbq too. The rooms are a good size and the house is big enough for a group to not lack space.The pool is a good size too and we had someone coming over during our stay to keep it clean which was appreciated. The location is good, a short drive from playa blanca and the restaurants and also the amazing Papagayo beaches, really close by and so enjoyable. Looking back we would have asked for the air conditioning to be available as it got quite hot at night in September. If anything, it would also have been great to have some sun sun lounger mattresses for the harder loungers, the mosquito net outside and an iron maybe. But apart from that, really good.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour La maison est très bien équipée et correspond totalement à la description de l’annonce dans un quartier très calme. Parfait pour le repos. Procédure d’arrivée très simple par key box Le propriétaire est joignable à tout moment par mail. Proche de tout pour les visites mais une voiture est tout de même conseillée. Das Objekt ist vom Schnitt wunderschön, leider mangelt es nach unserem Empfinden sehr an Sauberkeit und auch würde ich mir in einem Haus für 6 Personen wünschen, dass wir alle z.B. einen Rotwein aus Rotweingläsern trinken können. Das Sammelsurium an Gläsern war nicht geeignet, selbst nicht für 3 Personen. In allen Küchenschubladen viel Dreck, die müssten auch mal ausgewaschen werden. Das Hauptbad mit defekten Spiegeln, die Sitzkissen auf der Aussencouch siffig und wer einen Pool wie versprochen mit einer Temperatur von 28 Grad erwartet, kann sich auf 22 Grad am Vormittag und 24 Grad am Nachmittag bei guten Aussentemperaturen freuen. Über die Lage des Objekts kann man geteilter Meinung sein, wir wussten in etwa wo es liegt und haben es bewusst gebucht - es ist aber tatsächlich etwas abseits von allem. Den Meerblick haben wir nicht entdecken können. Schade. Ansonsten gab es eine technische Herausforderung, für welche wir die örtliche Agentur kontaktiert haben, hier wurde umgehend und sehr freundlich wie auch professionell geholfen, Fazit dazu: perfekt.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Objekt, alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit vorbereitet. Der Pool war frisch gereinigt, alles sehr gepflegt, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. In einer Woche Lanzarote zu entdecken ist schlichtweg unmöglich, wir werden daher wieder kommen.

Toll geschnittene, stilvoll eingerichtete, luftig helle Urlaubsvilla in ruhiger Wohnstraße. Für Selbstversorger alles vorhanden, nächster Minimarkt in 5, lebendige Strandpromenade von Playa Blanca in gut 30 min fußläufig erreichbar (Taxi zurück <5 €). Auf dem sichtgeschützten Grundstück - dennoch mit Bergblick - verbringt man aber auch gern entspannte Pooltage.

Nach enttäuschendem Aufenthalt m Letzten Jahr in einem anderen Haus, war die villa blu eine phantastische Entdeckung. Die Raumgestaltung, der tolle Patio für den Abend, der geheizte Pool, die Möglichkeit des Heizens,, die Superduschen und die neue Küche mit der vielseitigen Ausstattung. À l’arrivée pas de clés. Il a fallu trois appels avant que quelqu’un vienne nous les remettres. Intervention nettoyage piscine uniquement sur demande. La première fois la piscine est passée du bleu au vert. Celle-ci devait être nettoyée deux fois fois par semaine ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Wifi absente pendant environ4 jours et aléatoire sur la durée du séjour.Pas un seul rouleau de papier toilette à l’arrivée ni éponge ni produit vaisselle. La maison dans son ensemble agréable mais pas très bien entretenue et à tendance à mal vieillir. La maison à notre arrivée était propre. Le prix compte tenu de tous ces éléments est élevé.

Villa décorée avec goût et piscine chauffée
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison Bella Vista. La maison est très confortable, décorée avec goût, spacieuse et moderne. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut au niveau confort : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, fours, machine à café Nespresso, sèche-cheveux, grand frigo, télévision dans le salon (Smart-TV) et une petite dans la chambre (TV normale) etc. Comme chaînes françaises, il y a juste des chaînes d’info mais rien de plus. Les chambres sont équipées de placards contenant de nombreux cintres, ce qui est très pratique pour ranger ses affaires. Les deux salles de bain sont vastes et ont chacune une grande douche italienne ultra agréable ! La terrasse donnant sur la piscine est spacieuse (quel plaisir de prendre son petit-déjeuner au soleil et de pouvoir faire un BBQ le soir). La piscine est chauffée ce qui est un plus, surtout en avril 😉. Le jardin et la piscine sont au soleil toute la journée. Le jardin en intérieur d’îlot est ravissant et très pratique pour s’y réfugier si le vent souffle trop fort. Il y a une place de parking privée devant la maison; une voiture est nécessaire. Une adresse à recommander et la communication avec Markus a été parfaite. ***** We spent a very nice week in the Bella Vista house. The villa is very comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious and modern. There is everything you need for your comfort: dishwasher, washing machine, ovens, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, large fridge, television in the living room (Smart-TV) and a small one in the bedroom (normal TV) etc. There are some french channels : TV5 Europe, Euronews. The bedrooms have cupboards with lots of hangers, which is very useful for storing things/clothes. The two bathrooms are large and each one has a large Italian shower which is very pleasant! The terrace overlooking the pool is spacious (what a pleasure to have breakfast in the sun and to have a BBQ in the evening). The pool is heated which is a plus, especially in April 😉. The garden and the pool are in the sun all day. The courtyard is lovely and nice to take refuge in if the wind blows too hard. There is a private parking space in front of the house; a car is required. An address to recommend and the communication with Markus was perfect.
