"The staff was very nice. Everything was clean and beautiful. The spa was the best experience I’ve ever had at a spa. The buffets were delicious. It was difficult to make reservations at the restaurants and when we arrived, we could barely get into any of them. This should be an option to book before arrival or through an app. "

"Everything was amazing. Literally paradise. Only complaint would be that the rooms are hot and muggy. The lowest temperature that the thermostat would let you put it was 21.5 c. I called the front desk to see if they could override it and they said no. It was so humid in the room the bed felt damp the entire time. They need dehumidifiers or something. Other than that everything was perfect. That small issue wouldn’t keep me from going back. "

"The hotel needs a lot of construction work. There is only two operating restaurants. The first one, Mexican. The food is great. You need to order from the menu. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. However, their knowledge is English is very limited. Most tourists are Mexican so since we do t speak Spanish it is quite boring for a our son. Second is Sushi restaurant but it is far from tasting like one. Furthermore, there is a snack bar with a alcohol bar that operates from 11 till 6....
