The semi-detached house, completed in 2014, is modernly furnished and has a particularly large kitchen.
Guests have access to all areas in the house (except the technical room) and on the property of the house.
The holiday home offers you a terrace with seating area. Currently (July/October 2023 ) the avenue trees in full splendour and especially the cultivated field prevent the view of the lake from the ground floor and first floor.
Otherwise, depending on the season and crop cultivation, a lake view is possible between November and June of a year.
The house is equipped with flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, combi fridge/freezer, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Oven, hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also provided.
On the ground floor is the large living, dining and kitchen area as well as the guest WC.
There is a parking space at the house. Another parking space can be provided free of charge upon request.
Our holiday home is located in a scenic area and is particularly suitable as a starting point for cycling tours along the Rhine or the well-developed cycle path network, hikes around the lakes with a variety of opportunities to stop off, linger and enjoy.
The excursion boat or boat hire offer the opportunity to spend a pleasant time on the lake.
Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth with the numerous activities on offer (surfing, water skiing, stand-up paddling).
Plan your excursions in the surrounding area, e.g. to the Bislicher Insel Nature Forum or the leisure centre.
Experience the cultural sights, the Archaeological Park with the LVR Roman Museum, Xanten Cathedral and the Abbey Museum, the old town of Xanten with the Klever Tor and the Kriemhild Mill, which is well worth seeing.
In the town, you can reach the Xantener Südsee natural outdoor pool on foot, as well as the water ski centre, the adventure park and the Money Museum.
At Wardt harbour you can enjoy snacks and drinks, and next door there is a restaurant with a lakeside terrace.
