"The property was easy to find and access. The unit itself was also easy to access. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. It had everything i needed in terms of utensils, china and kitchenware. The thermostat was easy to operate. The Samsung TV had great streaming options. The only negative would be, it's on the 3rd floor. That's not a complaint but be aware if you have mobility issues."

"The only negative I would say is that it’s pretty close to 46 and clowns wanted to race up and down the Main Street. Other than that, it’s under new ownership and they are working on making it the next generation value destination. "

"Very nice hotel! The girl at the front desk even gave us a complimentary room upgrade when we checked in. The room was SO nice and had a great view of the pool and the Guadalupe river. There were various yard games in the courtyard area and checkers to play in the lounge area. Hotel also has a nice bistro with cocktails and food. 10/10 recommend! "

Stunning Mediterranean Style Home on the Guadalupe River in Downtown Seguin

Perfect for 3 families!

"Enjoyed the vastness and layout of the home which is only 30 minutes to the Comal river, which was the reason for our trip. We had 3 families with 8 17+YO kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and the ground level playroom was fantastic with pool, grill, ping pong and pool table, and so much more. Beds were comfortable and clean. A/C worked wonderfully. "

"Can’t say enough about this property. Plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with family and friends. Great BBQ pit and a grill for cooking!! Spacious house with plenty of room, and a sunroom that’s adds additional space!! Clay & his wife(Host) made sure the house had everything we needed during our stay. My family will definitely be back sooner than later.!! "
