Berry Bear Depot @ Spring Brook Resort

Located near Spring Brook's golf course, this spacious, five bedroom home has two floors plus a finished basement complete with game room. The home's exterior features a wrap around deck, a covered rear deck, gas grill and a fire pit. Perfect for multifamily or group gatherings, it sleeps a maximum of 14 people.

The main floor offers a private master bedroom with king bed, TV (a variety of streaming services are included on the TV's throughout the home, including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, YouTube TV and Locast - please provide your own login) and an en suite bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen is well stocked and opens up to the rustic dining room. Guests will be swept away by the chimney gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings of the living room. Relax on the queen sofa sleeper in front of the large flat screen TV complete with a home theater system and DVD player. There is also an additional half bath on main floor for guest convenience.

Head upstairs for two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and TV. A full bathroom will accommodate the occupants of both upstairs bedrooms without having to make the trip down to the main level.

The lower level boasts a finished basement with a cozy family room equipped with a large flat screen TV, a home theater system and DVD player. For fun and games, there is also a pool table, dart board, a foosball table, and various board games. Also, the fourth and fifth bedrooms (queen bed in each) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share.

The garage is not included and until further notice the home does not have use of the whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Wi-Fi is complimentary but guests are to provide devices.

The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Property manager was easy to work with. As other reviews mention, some furniture is a bit worn down and some rooms are in need of fresh paint but that didn’t get in the way of our enjoyment.

Great spot for big group
Not easy to accommodate eight on a group trip. Berry Bear was perfect. Lots of bathrooms and space for everyone to do their own thing. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities.

Online pictures did not provide an accurate depiction of the house. Toilet seat finishes were pealing, cleanliness an issue, doors & screens all old and difficult to use. Mold in upstairs shower, all tables missing finish.

Spacious house
Lots of room for our group of 11. House was clean, decorated nicely and well stocked. House was however in need of updating. Carpets dirty, furniture was worn and some broken, several lights burnt out, door locks difficult to use. Back patio was very nice with bbq and fire pit.

The house was just perfect for our extended family! Very spacious and open floor plan but plenty of privacy in bedroom layouts. Bathrooms were great! Plenty of towels and supplies. Well stocked kitchen and house. Abundance of games. Awesome fire place, fire pit and clubhouse amenities. Maintenance and management staff were friendly and promptly attentive to needs like lite bulbs & missing dvr remote etc A wonderful and satisfying stay!

Great girls weekend getaway!

The process of the property of checking in was seamless. Nice location me and some friends went on a skiing trip.the only problem i had was the cleaness the carpet needs to be replaced. It was a lot of dust it needs a deeper clean.

A great place for multiple families to all have their own space.
This three level property allowed for three families to space out and also have a good time in the common areas. It is well equipped and in a great location. We had a wonderful time. Only suggestion would be replacement of the worn out carpet.

It could be better
This place is not a resort with people coming and spend they’re vacation. There’s people living all year round, very rude neighbours, they make you feel like you were not suposed to be in vacation just because they don’t 😂😂. You gotta be carefull with your kids, if they step on they’re property they get very mad... if you’re looking to have fun and relax... choose another place with less frustrated people.
