"The Birdcage was exactly what we needed for our trip to Honolulu. Location at the end of Waikiki close to the zoo was convenient to get in and out of and to be able to walk down Waikiki without being surrounded by the crowds. The kitchenette meant we could save money by cooking or bringing food back to the condo while taking advantage of the use of the 10th floor sky deck to eat meals with a full view of Diamondhead and the beach. The balcony is overlooking a park instead of other hotels, with the zoo on the left and beach/ocean on the right. It is a great people watching balcony.
