"This hotel is perfect if you are traveling, working, visiting Eaton, Ault, Pierce - east of Ft. Collins. I would rate it top notch 3-1/2 star hotel. Not glitzy but everything needed and everything is well done. Great wifi, desk support, Seattle's Best in room coffee, fridge. Quiet."

"It was just a quick trip and a cheap place to stay. It was average. We didn’t have any issues except when it came time to check out. We had to leave a $60 deposit and it had to be in cash. We informed the girl that checked us in that we had a flight to catch so we would be leaving early and she assured us someone would be in the office. That was not true. "We were excited to celebrate my husband's birthday in the presidential suite. It is a lovely room, with a few areas needing attention. The trash from the prior guest had not been removed, from the dining area. When we picked up the trash to set it outside the door, there was trash behind the can.The can should have been picked up, trash removed from floor, and the area vacuumed, by staff. "Checking in was great. The staff was great and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was great as well. The rooms were clean and spacious.
