"The staff were very friendly and helpful with one exception, when I went for breakfast I had to ask if the server was going to take my order, as she had taken the two tables that came in after me and was about to go back to the kitchen. The only downside was the shower, I was in room 6 and didn't want to use the shower as it was in quite a bad condition and didn't look very clean."

Chris and Caroline make all their guests feel so welcome and were so helpful with local knowledge and dining recommendations. The Hotel is superb….a lovely traditional Eastbourne property but with all the modern accessories you could need. Breakfast was delicious freshly cooked food and with so much choice. Parking near the hotel is so easy - either in the free parking or if needs be using a daily permit....
