"Our party had an overall positive experience for our stay. Our request for our hotel rooms to be placed next to each other was grated, our kids were able to play in the pool and extra pool toys were offered by the Front desk staff. Breakfast was hot and the area was exceptionally clean. Bravo! Thanks so much for a great stay."

"I am not crazy about not having any staff, at all. Seems big brother-ish, as does the sign on the board that “we are watching you.” I gave high marks on the cool building, although it was hard to regulate the water temp in 6. Your guests were all very nice, but I have to say there must be a middle ground here that you could find if you tried. Other hotels, hostels manage to do that. Why not Kinn?"

"The high level of electronic access required was kind of overwhelming for our group of 8. Would have helped if we all had been placed on the same floor since I made all 4 room reservations at the same time. Also valet parking is a challenge w/minimal staffing. Better off to self park right across the street for less $."
