WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. "We visit Pensacola every year. We usually bring our camper. This year we decided to rent a place. We were pleasantly pleased with the cleanliness and toiletries provided. The neighbors were respectful and maintained a clean community area. We had no need to contact the owner with any issues as there were none. We would definitely recommend this space as well as book it again. "

"The hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. The one bedroom suite that we booked was over sold and not available at check-in. We got stuck in a smaller room but we're able to get a partial refund (still waiting on the refund)."
