「Enjoyable visit to Beach Haven for a family wedding. House was great, very clean, comfortable and cute. Stairs are very narrow and steep. Location is great, park across the street was very nice. Nice proximity to beach! 」

「Just as described and the host was very nice!」

「The hosts Benn&Anna were great. From the day we booked it, they were super attentive, communicating everything. The details of the house, the location, the check in. Literally everything. They were extremely nice and helpful. Answered all and any questions. I would totally come back and I’m actually planning on coming back. They are great, make everything extremely easy and they are one call or text away if anything is needed.」

「Stayed with family. Good location. Very spacious rooms. We had a great time. The apartment was nice and clean, but the showboat is in need of renovation. The elevator and hallway leading up to the apartment was dingy. Also, the beds were comfortable, but the other furniture was very cheap. Overall, its a great place to stay for the price. I would come back.」

「This property is a Philly gem. It is so cute and cozy. It is updated and has the convenience of home. The washer and dryer were a plus as well. Gabe and Jon are great hosts and communication with them was easy, as they got back to me in a timely manner. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.」

「Being from Philadelphia I am pretty well versed in the neighborhoods and this is an exceptionally sized for the area. The property was very clean, contained the essential necessities for an extended stay, and was comfortably furnished. The unit is a walk-up, but the staircase is well lit and not too steep, making for easy passage There is a busy street nearby, but there was not much noticeable noise 」

「This place far exceeded my expectations….That is until the owner’s crazy mom started yelling at me & my cousin & my dog while we were relaxing on the second floor deck hours after checking in. This lady started shouting at me from the sidewalk, accusing me of lying about my dog’s size - even though I had asked the owner (her son) permission BEFORE I even booked the place. He said it was fine as well as mentioned he lived on first floor. Mom asks her son if he gave me the ok- he admitted he did -...

「What a gem in South in Philly! Amazing location, walking distance to amazing restaurants and attractions. Super accessible to Center City or if you're heading down to the stadiums. Beautiful apartment with everything you need nearby. Gabe & Jon are amazing hosts and I love their online guide with specific check in instructions and a detailed guide about the area attractions. I would definitely recommend!」

「Loved the beachfront location and LaScala Beach House right in the parking lot. Check-in was fast and all staff we interacted with were very nice. The property is older and it shows. Drywall hole outside of our room. The sofa bed in our suite was very uncomfortable. When we pulled it out, there were a ton of crumbs on the mattress. Minimal parking-had to park way off site, which was not convenient and would affect my decision for booking in the future. Pool was nice, although you had to request...

「We had a 3 night stay at the villas. It is winter time so a lot of the amenities aren’t available until the season begins. The indoor pool was good. We had it to ourselves for the most part. Plenty of food options in the area. Staff were very nice and helpful. I will definitely come back in the summer. 」
