「It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. 」

「For an artist who wanted a comfortable place to work and relax, this place was heavenly. The lighting was exceptional, the heating was easy to adjust, the bed was super cushy, the bathroom even had heated flooring! The kitchen was very adequately supplied and everything worked. One small issue with the downstairs TV was addressed by the staff who were super friendly and kind I cannot wait to return!」

「This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding.」

「This house was perfect in every way. They really did think of everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. 「The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The location was amazing. We were centrally located to stores, restaurants, etc. It was really the perfect location. The only negative (which is of no fault of the house / owner) is the neighborhood was very loud at night.
