"The staff was lovely however the place needed a good vacuum and our room was pretty stained on the seating of chairs and benches making it look dirty. I also don’t appreciate having to pay a pet fee when my pet is fully potty trained and never left on her own without being Jen led. "

The housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly nice and professional. Having Perkins and the water park adjacent to the hotel was very convenient. The water park was super-busy, but the kids had fun."
