「It started out great from the get go with easy communication with the owners. They were very friendly and cared enough to check in with us during our trip to see how the event was going that we were attending. 「Beautiful and clean condo and very close to the stadium. We attended an Oilers game so perfect location. All the amenities of home and very comfortable. Owner very communicative as well. The area does have some homeless people but there was secure underground parking for my vehicle which is amazing! I would stay again! Thank you Chris.」

「Great walking distance to Roger’s Place, Ice District, Restaurants (Denny’s, Cora’s, Old Spaghetti Factory) and the Royal Alberta Museum. There was some construction but it was fairly quiet! 」

「This condo has a lot of potential, but failed to live up to it. A previous review indicated problems, but the owner replied publicly saying the reviewer was lying. Unfortunately we found many of the same problems: dirty bathroom, moldy shower, clogged shower head, no toilet paper on check-in, patio furniture did not match photo, bedroom window wouldn't open with the window crank, missing toilet paper holder, lumpy pillows and comforter, dirty bath mats. 「Kitchen table was broken upon arrival and dust buildup underneath furniture (bed, couch) was a lot but besides that the apartment was in great condition, communication was great, all questions were answered almost immediately via email and overall stay was amazing. Would definitely rent this property again. 」
