Pictures and description exactly as advertised, adorably decorated with a definite lake feel and only a mile from downtown which is so perfect as you're not in the hustle/bustle of downtown crowds/noise/traffic yet pretty much right there! "We enjoyed our stay at the cute Carriage House. Everything was as described in the listing. We really appreciated having a kitchen and laundry. We also appreciated the owners plowing for us and making sure we had a safe way to get in."

"I reached out to the host before check in to ask if we could do early check in because we had to cook as we was having a little friends eve where we cook and sell plates. We weren’t allowed to check in as early as we wanted but we still checked in. We aren’t from Syracuse btw. all the good was done cooking by about 11:30 pm, in which everyone started showing up to get their plate. "Zack was an awesome host, great communication. Super convenient location. Buried in all of the reviews, which I admittedly did not read was that the location is above a bar/restaurant that plays music. We attended a live music venue next door, so it was not an issue with us at all. Thanks Zack!"

"We had a fine stay at this listing in Kirkville, but overall the details were lacking. Lots of spiders throughout the home, amenities were not all properly functioning (dryer kept turning off, and the toaster was defective), and there weren’t any extra trash bags that we could find. "
