"Upon arrival I was a bit confused by the Outrigger and Kauai Villas as they sit side by side. Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. Good to see that we could use the Outrigger's three pools and restaurant but unknown why we couldn't use their gym. Arriving to the room, the view out the sliding window was breathtaking; direct view of ocean waves crashing; it was phenomenal. The room itself looked to be a timeshare that was converted into a vacation villa. Furniture was a bit outdated...

"3rd floor unit with great view of pool and pond. Unit very clean and well appointed. Bed and Murphy bed very comfortable with a/c in bedroom and fans for living area. Enjoyed the lanai in AM and evening, condo pool during day. Beach for sunrise and resort pool and tiki bar as well. Great location to access from Kapaa to Waimea Canyon before we headed to Princeville .Communication with owner and manager quick and responsive!. Close to Walmart, Costco and grocery stores to stock up!!"

"Just spent 11 nights here with a family of six. We all loved the place. Lots of beach toys for the kids and we overlooked the beautiful pool. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were sad to leave and said we would definitely stay here again."
