"The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The owners were wonderful to work with. The property is a small apartment attached to the back side of a residence. There is a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom in the apartment. There are signs around the property informing us of small dogs behind the fence and stating that we shouldn’t open the gate to the swimming pool-hot tub-grassy area if the dogs were there Since the dogs were always there when we were, we didn’t get a chance to go...

"Overall, this is a cute little place and very private. We felt at ease coming and going. Charles the host is very friendly and easy going and can fill you in on a lot of happenings in the Tempe area. After the initial check in, we were left to our "casita" as I liked to call it. "The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay.
