"This hotel has suites that are privately owned. Never heard of this ever. They make it seem like you are getting a room through the hotel and you are not. Ridiculous payment plan and extra fees to clean the room. Expedia makes you think you’re doing business with them also and then you find out it’s with VRBO. Never again."

"Im an American with a beautiful Belarusian wife. We wanted to stay somewhere quant and near the strip as I wanted to show her a good time since it was her first timein the city. This stay was excellent and allowed us to not only explore the city but our own sensibilities. I would recommend this stay."

"The house was clean and check in was easy. Location was totally fine. The kitchen has minimal supplies (ex: one cutting board and no measuring cup). Grill was spotless! We sent some concerns around a very loose hot water tap and dishwasher not attached to cabinet to the contact so hopefully those get addressed. Otherwise totally adequate."

"Great location, a bit spartan inside. A single small kitchen garbage bag no replacements for a 10 day stay. Couldn’t use the garbage disposal or dishwasher. Broken towel rack in master bath. Outside could use cleanup with broken roof shingles strewn about. With a little attention this could be a great place"

"Renters beware that it’s not a separate 1 bedroom. It’s a studio with a kitchen. It would’ve been a nicer place if it was a 1 bedroom and that the sleeper sofa wasn’t old thin and stained:/ No blanket for the sleeper was there. The bathroom is large with a separate shower and spa tub but we didn’t use the tub so don’t know if it’s as nice to use as it looks. This is best for a couple. Nice strip view. If the renter fixes the ad and the sleeper concerns it would be a lot nicer. The king size bed...

"Clean, quiet property. Had a little trouble finding our room (has multiple buildings,) but all alse was good. Easy, safe parking. Dennys next door along with pizza and bbq. Shuttle service to the strip much appreciated, but leave early as they service multiple properties!"

"I loved the studio on the 20th floor overlooking the strip. Bathroom had a deep jet soaker tub and a rainfall shower head. 2 fridges and dishes. I would stay there again. Check-in and out was easy and everyone was friendly."
