「Had a wonderful stay the rooms were well decorated and had comfortable beds and great bathrooms. The breakfast staff were very helpful - Ben on the front desk was professional and friendly and recommended places to eat. 」

「This was the perfect place to stay for a wedding, three of us shared a very spacious room with a double and a single in a completely different room which we didn’t expect. The value for money is brilliant, the duvet and pillows were super comfortable and felt like luxury for such a cheap price. Would 100% recommend this hotel. The staff were all so friendly too and the bar is 24 hours. 」

「外観と異なり、古いホテルです。部屋の前の通路を通る足音ははっきり聞こえ、隣室のドアを開け締めする音で目が覚めるくらい。部屋の暖房は集中コントロールらしくON出来ず、寒かったです。朝食込みのプランでしたが、英国のビジネス向けホテルでは一般的で、あまり美味しいものではありません。なによりコーヒーが・・・。（ただし夕食のミニコースはなかなか美味しかったです。）歩いて行ける範囲にスーパーマーケットがあり、便利ではありますね。」

「My first time here, friendly staff however the place could do with a complete update, the restaurant area in particular was quite dates, sticky tables, worn out chairs and dull decor, the gym and pool areas were pleasant as was my room.」

「A nice stay as always. Although only 4 stars this time as breakfast limited, No cooked food and not really made up for by ‘continental’ option. This is probably only temporary though as they have no Chef. Although they seem to be actively trying to recruit to be fair,」

「This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face. 」

「Well managed friendly hotel. Good that they provide dedicated chalets in the grounds for guests with dogs, however allowing dogs in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very disappointing and unhygienic. A large mongrel was being fed toast from the table!」
