The staff were pleasantly helpful and efficient. The Inn is in an excellent location with many dining choices within a few blocks. "

"The location was within walking distance to everything. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a good variety. At first we were apprehensive about walking at night as the area was run down, but, no one bothered us and we felt safe. We found that traffic isn't as congested as it was around the hotels around Parliament Hill. We are planning another trip to Ottawa in the near future and will be staying at the same hotel."
