「写真と実際のホテル（ビル）が違って、ボロい。フロントの対応の愛想が悪い。部屋の案内もなく、どうして自分の部屋に入るのか困った。結局、ドアが二つあって、一つ開けてからまた自分の部屋のドアを開ける仕組みだった。掃除をあまりしていないのか、入り口、廊下、階段等でゴミが散らかっていた。」

「イーデンパークスタジアムの向かいにありラグビーファンには嬉しいロケーションでした。駅もすぐ近くでオークランド中心部へのアクセスも便利、近隣にはカフェやレストランもたくさんあるので困りませんでした。オーナーさんには色々と現地情報を教えていただき、チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただいたりタクシーを呼んでもらったり、親切にしていただき大変助かりました。」

「The place has everything and we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Very minor issue: the bathroom could have been cleaner, with mold in a couple of corners. Also, the parking space was tiny and difficult to get in and out of, but it was still good to have off-street parking.」

「The loft is spacious and super comfy. It is well appointed and we loved the full kitchen and lounge. Loads of nearby restaurants. We parked at the Victoria St carpark overnight, which was reasonable on the weekend rate ($18 I think). The carpark is almost directly across the road.」

「Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Good layout and lots of windows. Sofas need to be replaced. Entrance to apartment was easy! No air conditioning in this unit however weather cooled down in the night so allowed everyone to sleep」

「Amazing views and location. Rental had heat and A/C, lots of hot water and very conformable beds. 2nd bedroom had no windows, and was very small (room for bed, desk and chair only) so kept the door open due to claustrophobia and ventilation. Other than that, all good!」

「Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Abbie the host was really helpful. Location perfect five mins to shops bars and restaurants. Ferry terminal 10 mins. We loved Davenport good beaches and history and great chilled vibe 」

「Pretty well equipped, spacious and comfortable.A few minor cleanliness issues, cooker door for example. Biggest issue lack of water pressure for shower and intermittent hot water.」

「We used the property as a base for 2 nights. Perfect for a comfy bed and shower. Kedar's communication was good and the property was clean.」

「Accommodation and amenities as described. However, I was expecting a machine dryer, but it was actually drying rack for clothes, so something to think about when planning your washing. Just noting, elderly parents found armchairs too low for comfortable seating, also a tripping hazard of step between dining area to rest of living area, it tripped us up a few times, till we got used to it. Sarah was quick to respond to any issues and was very helpful. We relaxed and chilled out here for a couple...
