Enjoyable stay with unbelievable view
We had an amazing stay with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) that included some enjoyable outside time on the beach and nearby dunes. The house was beautiful and fit our social needs quite well. Would definitely recommend!

Nice get away for families
This is a nice house that fits a larger family, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen / living room are on the top floor, providing great views of the ocean. The rooms are nice and allowed us to have 3 adults, a 5-year-old, and two infants with no problems. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Totally enjoyed our stay here. Unit had everything we needed. Views spectacular, and plenty of room for our family, kids and grandkids! Grandkids loved the outdoor shower after surfing. We saw a gray whale, dolphins and sea lions from the deck!!! Host was very responsive. Thank you so much!!

What a wonderful place to stay! Went with a group of friends and everyone was blown away. The view from the deck is breathtaking and very magical! The beach is wonderful and so long and majestic. This home was a perfect location for our mini family reunion. We loved the layout- the main gathering areas were on the top floor with the amazing ocean view deck while the two lower floors each had two bedrooms and a bathroom. Literally steps to the beach. Lovely home.

Very nice location and view, recently updated. Great opportunity to see ocean life (sea otters, seals, pelicans, etc) up close. Marine layer makes for more mild weather in August. New towels would be good.

Great location for family getaway
This was a great location that comfortably accommodated our party of 10 of all ages. Al proactively reached out before our check-in day to answer any questions and ensure we were prepared, which I appreciated. Easy stroll to the beach from the house along the pathway which felt like we had to ourselves. Ocean views were great from the 2nd-floor bedrooms and main living floor. We enjoyed some great sunsets from the porch each night.

Oceanside Escape
Beautiful views of the ocean throughout the home. I enjoyed the endless walks on the beach and drifting off to the pounding of the waves. The home was well equipped with anything you needed for a peaceful beach escape. The children enjoyed fun in the sand and investigating all sorts of items the tide left behind. My only suggestion would be to bring a baby gate for the stairwell if traveling with toddlers under age 5. We were able to block access by moving the couch. This vacation home definitely rates as our favorite all time beach get away.

Amazing location! Great beach house
Amazing views. House very well setup to enjoy the coast. Kitchen well stocked. There’s a bit of walking up and down. I enjoyed the exercise. Some might find it inconvenient. House was immaculate. Can’t wait to go again!

Great Stay in the Dunes
Our group of 3 families had a great stay at Al's house. The house had everything we needed and the listing was very accurate. As others have noted, there were lots of stairs, but it was expected. It was wonderful being such a short walk to the beach, and everyone enjoyed the basketball and tennis courts. Plenty of towels were provided and the kitchen was well-stocked. All the beds were very comfortable. Our only note is that the noise level could get a bit high with all the kids inside, but that's why the beach is there! Overall it was a great stay and we'd love to return!

Very comfortable
We loved everything about this property, it was perfect for 5 ladies looking for a girls-only getaway. Easy communication with our host, Al, made checkin a breeze. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for preparing meals. The views and are dreamy, beach access is easy, and it’s conveniently located for a short drive to Moss Landing for whale watching and kayaking Elkhorn Slough. All that being said, this property would not work for individuals with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs.
