「We stayed here due to a volleyball tournament in Cherokee. We wanted a house rather than stay in a hotel for the weekend. It was an easy 15/20 minute drive over there. There was plenty of space for us (family of 4). 」

The location was perfect, short drive to Dillsboro and Sylva and 15 minutes to Cherokee casino or rivers.The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The outside patio is perfect for relaxing at night and listening to the river.」

「Nice home with lots of room to spread out - large sunroom with TV, beautiful screened porch with comfortable seating and TV, and adequate living room for a small group. Dining table seats eight. Upstairs there are two large bunk rooms and a king bedroom but only one bathroom. Nice dock and porch for watching sunset. Enjoyed the fire pit.」

「I can't remember a VRBO stay I have enjoyed more. Sunsets in the Smokies was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and just be. But, we were also perfectly located for visiting Franklin, and an easy drive to Sylva, Cherokee, and Bryson City. Our hosts were easy to communicate with, and had really thought through what makes a house feel and function like home. From a well organized kitchen to extra blankets, sheets and pillows, we really needed for nothing. 」
