Travelers can experience every unique part of Washington D.C. while staying at our rooms in the iconic Liz building. The revitalized, thriving, and multicultural neighborhood inspires our luxurious rooms, designed to showcase vibrant and colorful environments for creative minds to thrive.

Welcome home to your adventure in the Capital city, where your daily living needs are preserved within our various luxury rooms. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our dwellings are complete with local artwork, Apple TVs, local Small Planes coffee, Fellow Pour Over Sets, Parachute linens, Public Goods amenities, and high-end furnishing from Interior Define, Blue Dot, CB2, and more. This one-bedroom suite includes a complete kitchen, private bedroom, full bathroom, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. For added comfort, our suites are filled with lush textures, soothing hues, and Victorian elements inspired by nearby Logan Circle.

Garage parking is available, but spots are very limited. Parking will need to be reserved and paid for in advance. Please contact us if you're interested in adding parking to your reservation.

We offer a seamless self check-in process. After booking, you will receive a link to fill out our security verification portal, and once your reservation date arrives you will receive all of the details you need to access your apartment suite via our keyless entry system. We will be available by email and text should you need anything before and during your experience.

*Note: Record players are no longer furnished in units.

Great Location
We loved this property! It was a quick ride on the bus to the National Mall each day with restaurants and grocery stores close by. The beds were comfortable, space was clean. Really enjoyed having the ability to do laundry, however the machine was a washer/dryer combo so it took forever to do a load of laundry. The dryer took hours to dry clothes. Overall, the building was safe and quiet. We would stay here again.

Can’t praise this place enough. Out to DC for a trip with my sons. Had a beautiful room, close to Metro Civil War Stop on blue line, 10 min walk. My sons had the pull out couch, I had the bedroom. So many restaurants. Felt like we lived there. Roof top was amazing and fitness facilities. Concierge was always on post, friendly, and super helpful. Must try Chicken and Whiskey Spot for the family chicken meal. Amazon Fresh 1-2 min walk. This is my forever future DC spot.

Great location!
Lovely, clean, European-style apartment in great location near restaurants, bars, everything one could want. Apartment was very clean, and perfect for our needs. The one thing that we would have liked was some shelves; there was plenty of hanging space in the closet, but shelf space was lacking. But, that's a minor quibble. We loved our stay.

Enjoyed the accommodations very much. Only drawback is parking, which seemed to require a fair amount of on-street parking luck. Parking spots at the deck location were not available for the length of our stay and response to our last-ditch inquiry about availability was not prompt enough for utilization.

4 day get away to visit son in DC. Awesome location with great restaurants and Whole Foods grocery near by. Lovely apartment. Very comfortable and well appointed. Exactly as described. Amazing roof top deck that we enjoyed every night save for last when it rained. Look forward to staying here again!
