I had to check out of the hotel at 5 a.m. for an early departure, and I was honestly dreading the usual hassle of dealing with parking at that hour. But the valet service here completely turned that around. The valet driver was incredibly efficient and friendly, making the entire process seamless. It was such a relief to have one less thing to worry about during such an early, hectic start to the day. This level of service really stood out and made my experience much smoother.

The front desk was short staffed and we waited 15mins to be checked in. However, the receptionist was very apologetic and upgraded our room to compensate for the inconvenience. We had a lovely room and loved the hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience at The Hamilton in Washington, DC, fell short of expectations. While the ambiance and service were fine, they failed to honor my VIP rewards, which was incredibly disappointing. It was the primary reason I chose this venue, and not receiving what I was entitled to really dampened the overall experience. For what I paid, I expected much better attention to detail. Won't be returning anytime soon unless they address their loyalty program issues.

Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was fantastic. The room left something to be desired. Bathroom wasn’t fully prepped with towels and bath mat. Garbage cans were not emptied on arrival. Toilet and shower could have worked better and tub felt like it was sinking in the middle. Overall the facilities could be better. It was not a bad experience, the bed, pillows, blankets - all extremely comfortable! Great storage and having a small fridge was wonderful.
