"Stayed in Kendal suite and at first appearance it’s a lovely suite but as the night went on a few cracks seems to appear- the pipe work in the building is old so when you’re trying to sleep you constantly hear the noise of the pipes draining or whatever - it’s very off putting to try and sleep too, the window did not latch and poor quality so when sleeping if keeping window open it can only be open half way and then it makes the blinds rattle against the wall! Again so annoying when trying to...

"Very good value, lovely breakfast included. Room small but clean and well maintained. All staff very helpful, polite and responsive all the time. Easy walk to shops if you need anything, lots of places to eat near by if you want options. Enjoyed the swim in the large pool, using sauna etc and the gym, all included. Perfect for a stopover."

"It was clean and tidy bed very good only fault was it could do with a more detailed clean in the bathroom plug in bath was dirty but i suppose staff only have a limited time per room so this is for the big bosses give staff the time they need to do a perfect job "

"Really nice comfortable room, only stayed one night as was for work but wish i could have stayed longer. Evening meal was exceptional, beautifully presented and really well cooked. Couldnt stay for breakfast as had to leave early, but will return and definitely try the breakfast next time. A bonus that it had free on site parking. Nice quiet area with a lovely out door seating area"
