"What a lovely place to stay. I arrived early was greeted with a smile and told my room was ready. The room was bright and clean with all the amenities you need. The bathroom was modern with a nice walk in shower. Definitely a place to recommend and return to. "

"We stayed in the Kauri chalet and really liked it. The view is great. The connecting room, Rata’s view is even better, but that room is much smaller. If you are a bigger group, booking these two rooms together will be perfect. We woke up to the birdsongs and had a peaceful breakfast on the balcony. The stairs bring the charm to the place and we did not mind the extra steps. Owner/staff are very friendly. PAKnSAVE is only 6 minutes drive away."

"Charming reception, lovely holiday park, good mix of residents and short term visitors. The place had a 'cared for' feel with personality and the location was fantastic, lovely hearing the forest birds. River and swimming pool a bonus. Really enjoyed our retro cabin. Everything was fantastic, essentials available from reception though 'town' only few minutes drive. Surprised had to pay for warm shower ($1). Would definitely go back, would like to live there :)"
