Excellent location, waterfront of the beautiful Camburi beach. Very friendly staff, nice and clean room. I stayed in a Deluxe double room, it was spacious room with a beautiful view of the beach. Very good buffet breakfast.

Horrible

Staff isn’t professional. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are very dirty with mildew everywhere. Bathroom door is disgusting. Over priced for sure. Staff needs to ask management for every question asked. I will never ever come back here. Ahhh, they charge extra for parking too.

O Hotel tem uma boa localização, com shopping e restaurantes próximos, conta com um bom café da manhã e os quartos são confortáveis para um casal. Um bom treinamento e supervisão para equipe de limpeza e recepção, quanto ao atendimento nos serviços prestados aos hospedes (principalmente aos serviços que dependem da parceria de terceiros) vai fazer toda a diferença em qualquer avaliação.

Fui ao hotel pra poder dormir e passar a virada de Ano, é conveniente que ele é de frente a praia e perto de muitos lugares (supermercado, posto de gasolina, banco). O pessoal do atendimento foi super receptivo e atencioso as suas perguntas/Dúvidas. No meu quarto eu tive uma pequena incoveniencia/casualidade onde o meu Ar condicionado estava vazando água e molhando gradualmente o chão do quarto, na mesma hora informei ao hotel, mas devido a lotação desde dia por causa da Virada não teve como trocar de quarto, contudo os funcionários da manutenção foram até meu quarto e me auxiliaram da forma possível pra passar a noite bem...

Primeira vez hospedando, o hotel fica bem localizado, beira mar. Instalações ótimas, local silencioso, quarto do tamanho ideal,ficamos no 602A, com varanda com vista lateral para o mar. Hotel com acesso à piscina, academia, restaurante bom, café da manhã com variedades. Pontos que poderiam melhor seria a parte do estacionamento, que é cobrado uma taxa de 21,00 por dia. No quarto que fiquei, a varanda que tínhamos acesso estava com dois condensadores, um nosso e outro de outro quarto, que fez barulho a noite toda, um som alto que mesmo com a porta de vidro fechada, atrapalhou a dormir. Tirando esse fato, foi tudo ótimo.
