Welcome to Miss Shells, a spacious and comfortable condo just steps from the ocean beach, perfect for your next seaside escape.
Each morning, head to the sand with ease by stopping at the convenient, garage-level storage closet stocked with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards for your use. After a day of sun and surf, return to a welcoming living area featuring an open floor plan, cozy seating, and a 52-inch TV for winding down. Share your beach adventures via high-speed WiFi or relax on the balcony with a cocktail while soaking in the stunning sunset over the Back Bay.
The kitchen is a chef’s delight, boasting new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ample cabinet and pantry space, and a bar-height breakfast nook. Whether you’re preparing a quick snack or a special family meal, the spacious dining area makes every meal enjoyable.
The bedrooms offer comfort and privacy, including a primary suite with a private vanity, en suite bathroom, generous closet space, and a TV for your late-night viewing.
The Sanctuary community offers exceptional on-site amenities, including three outdoor pools, Viking grills, and two fitness centers. Adjacent to the complex, you'll find the 400-foot fishing pier at Little Island Park, featuring a playground, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, plus ample parking for visiting guests. Just down the road, explore Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, with its beach access and scenic hiking trails.
Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
