On the borders of Berry, Touraine and Sologne, 15 minutes from Beauval Zoo and Valençay Castle, this independent rental welcomes you in a green setting with a shared swimming pool (16 x 8 meters with large terrace, available from 10 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] with 2 other gîtes, heated and open from June 1 to September 15.
5 minutes away, two bodies of water with swimming. On the ground floor: dining room / living room (stove) - kitchen - storage room - toilet - bathroom - 1 bedroom (1 double bed).

Upstairs: living room - 3 bedrooms (3 double beds) - bathroom - toilet.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood (€80 per cubic meter). Enclosed garden (garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue).
Private garage for bicycles and / or motorcycles.

End of stay cleaning included in the price.

Tennis court and pond (300 meters away) shared with other lodgings (rackets and balls not provided).
