"Travelled with 2 adults and 2 kids. Got a double room. Lots of space, beautiful pool. Excellent chef! Unfortunately there was an issue with the plumbing and our toilet flooded twice. The hotel asks you to put your used toilet paper in the garbage -while gross this apparently is standard in Brazil. We did that the whole time yet it still flooded. Which was gross. The hotel was really good about it and moved us to another room but it was a major inconvenience. "

"The property was extremely tired and run down and did not reflect how it was advertised on the Expedia website. We paid extra for a spa bath which when we turned it on, filled the room with the smell of sewage- we obviously therefore did not use it! Our room smelled damp and there was evidence of mould on the ceiling in our room and in communual areas. The furniture was battered and broken and the shower rusty."

"No geral a estadia foi muito boa, a pousada é aconchegante e tranquila. Só tive um pequeno problema no check in pois a informação era que a senha de acesso seria enviada por e-mail 48 horas antes do check in e eu só recebi 1 hora antes. O telefone disponibilizado para suporte só tem atendimento de segunda a sexta, e como fiz a reserva na sexta-feira para entrada no domingo fiquei sem resposta às minhas mensagens informando que não havia recebido a senha, mas no final deu tudo certo. "El hotel cuenta con lo básico y el personal es amable. Hasta aquí todo bien. Sin embargo cuando hice el check-in me informaron que el restaurante estaba cerrado ese día. No tuve mas opción que cenar en un restaurante fuera. Me sobró un poco de comida que guardé en la pequeña refrigeradora que tiene la habitación. "The hotel made sure to mention that English was available and the staff spoke it, but I only met one person who spoke English when I was checking out. That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

"I left before because were complety bad. Stay in the hotel 12 ours. -No ar conditionary. Did not worked. -Dirty - the windiw with out glass, - when I arrived my car were parked in side, but in the morning the car were in the street. -No shower wit hit water - the bath room smell too bad. - on the bad a lot of powder. I would like to have my money back."

Great time on the Island Ilhabela

"Very good friendly and relaxing stay over.Family orientated, family environment, very good high quality material being used for building and interior etc., all full functional. Breakfast could be better (on benchmark international), coffee being prepared in pots (individual coffee machine preferred with beans) should be better. Very quiet and harmonic still being very closed to the road, nature in the garden full visible, birds singing in the morning, fitness center, tennis court, swimming and relaxing pool. Summary: Fantastic stay with tendency to repeat again. "
