"We stayed in two rooms as the first one was at the end of the corridor and you got disturbed by people using the stairs which were right on the other side of the wall. It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. There was no kettle or tea/coffee things in the room something I would expect 4 star accomodation to have. Reception did lend us a kettle once we mentioned this. The restaurant serves excellent food at a 4 star accomodation...

"Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar.
