"Property itself was ultra clean and the staff were amazing. The building is a little dated but perfectly functional. Unfortunately, the drawback of the area is that the beaches are mostly fully reserved for the entire season by Italians from the city and so it is almost impossible to get a place in any of the beaches even or of peak season"

"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa....

"Well presented villa with a nice pool. The website photos do not do it justice! Outdoor seating/eating terraces at both ends of the villa ensure that there is always a shaded area in which to sit. Excellent facilities are provided, beds were comfortable and bathrooms all well equipped with good showers. Outdoor space is generous allowing for ball games and frisbees. Inside is nicely furnished and feels spacious. Our host was welcoming and always on hand for any queries and also with advice...

"Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war für 10 Tage perfekt. Leider funktioniert das Wlan nicht bis zur Hütte was leider in der Beschreibung andersst angegeben war. Der Standort war super, der strand war nur ca 30min vom strand entfernt was super war. Die unterkunft war sauber und alle nachbarn warem super nett. Alles in all war ein schöner Aufenthalt. "
