"Staff wasn't very accommodating. They do not offer the option of having an iron for the room other than having it sent to a lady to do it with a Huge fee per item of clothing. This is not a 5 star hotel. Very in accommodating! Not worth the money but it is a great location. "

"Very friendly staff. Good-sized room with comfortable beds. Well presented buffet breakfast. Nice property with beautiful trees, plants, flowers. Parking lot available. Bicycles available for rent. Within walking distance to the main shopping/dinning area of Forte dei Marmi and to the beach as well. "
