"Very quiet neighborhood to stay in. It's near the end of a culdesac, which made maneuvering the car and parking very easy. The outdoor entryway/patio has a water feature which creates some great white noise. The space was super clean and has everything I needed and then some. 10/10 would recommend. "

"We were in town for a multi-venue music event. The house was perfectly located to every place we needed to be. Place was clean and well stocked with linen, towels and blankets. "This property had everything we needed! I went with a group of 12 people and we were all accommodated comfortably. The host was very gracious and a timely communicator. Went up for a Ducks game, short drive (5-8 minutes) to downtown and campus. Grocery store nearby for everything we needed, restaurants, and Spencer’s butte park for great hiking. 10/10 stay, highly recommend for large groups!"
