"Overall a decent stay. The room seemed a little older than in pictures. The beds were a little firm, but something you notice when traveling to Europe. The location was perfect as it was central, but just outside of heavy traffic and tourism. Everything was within a reasonable walking distance or easy uber ride. Anything provided in the room is all you get; toiletries, toilet paper, cleaning, etc. so if you use it all in the first day you must get your own. They provided us extra toilet paper as...

"Great place to stay. Lots of space. We had an issue with one shower causing lots of water on the floor but they came the next day to address it. That was appreciated. Note there is no lock safe in the suite. That was not told to us. But I would still highly recommend it. "

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The area is perfect for walking, shopping and dining, and very close to public transportation. Many grocery stores are nearby and the Mercato Trionfale is down the street. "This property is quaint and gives you an idea of how locals live in Rome. The property is on 2nd level, no elevator, so be prepared to carry luggage up. Great host Communication. I would stay again. Close walk to everything and a great restaurant below the apartment. My only complaint is the air fresheners since I am asthmatic strong air fresheners cause me an issue. We just put them all in one room and closed the door. communication."

"Great location and apartment was clean and quiet. We felt secure and safe. Bed was comfortable and showers had plenty of hot water. Only issue was there is never anyone at the reception desk, as it was dark and locked. However, they did communicate if you messaged them. Would stay here again. "

"From the property, the Colosseum is visible. Large rooms very comfortable property. The unit is on the 6th floor. Sometimes the water pressure is low with limited hot water. Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina

"The staff were very friendly and approachable and the service was excellent. The hotel is a 2-3 minute walk away from the Roma Termini station so you have easy access to the regional trains, buses and metro. Also, the SIT airport transfer service stops just opposite the hotel so it is very convenient."

"We loved that we have close access to the termini which allowed us to use this if we needed, but we did find that we could walk easily around from here - it was enjoyable walk into the city center. Slight hills to navigate but worth it. You stumble across so much of Rome by walking its streets. This hotel is modern and has everything you need."
