「The hotel rooms are not clean , the first room I got had a broken door in the bathroom, the toilet covers are all spoilt, even after shifting the room the same problem, a bad odor stays , and most horrible was the breakfast, although it was complimentary I had to ask multiple times to get breakfast. That too a bad taste idli wada and dosa bought from some street shop seems.Which ultimately stopped ordering because I felt unwell after eating the food. 「I had to change 2 rooms from cockroaches on bed and lack of pest control in hotel. Breakfast is free and included in booking but front desk said i should pay. Front desk hangs up the phone when I asked for options for breakfast. 」

「Address is not correct, also the name of of the Hotel is not the same, so you will never find this on the google map. Having said the condition is okay, considering the price, still feels a bit overpriced. Good location for Vashi area.」

「First of all, my reservation itself was not communicated to the Hotel. An obviously, my early-checkin request was also not communicated to the Hotel. This is purely the service provider's problem and I have been having 2nd such bad experience with your site. Hotel itself was unclean. Room was extremely small. No WiFi !! Area is bad. 「Over priced, dirty, urine smelling accommodation I booked this because the better hotels were full, they showed me 2 rooms & I took the second one that was dirty & smelt of urine but it was better than the first one. I was so tired from moving hotels with plenty of luggage, so I decided to stay until the morning when I would move, large amounts of beer made it bearable but never again, as for most places in Navi Mumbai the standards are very low & prices very high, this was at least 4 times...
