The staff at the facility were incredibly professional and went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. I want to single out one person Sima who took care of us during breakfasts at Spectra was so helpful and always greeted and served us with a smile.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj. Travelling down from Sydney, we had a convenient pick up from the airport. The staff were very friendly and the service was amazing. Sakshi at the front desk and Yuvraj at the Verandah were amazing to deal with and we were looked after really well. Would love to stay again.

I recently stayed at Taj Coromandel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warmth and willingness to assist in every possible way. We did encounter a small hiccup with the airport pickup, as a smaller car was sent, which led to a bit of a squeeze for the family. However, the rest of our stay more than made up for this. The team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and when I requested a six-hour extended checkout, they happily accommodated, which made our departure much easier. Special mention goes to the travel desk, who efficiently arranged for a car to help us explore the city – it was a fantastic way to experience the local area. Overall, the stay was exceptional. The staff's dedication and attention to detail left a lasting impression, and I would be delighted to return to Taj Coromandel in the future.

The facilities are very good and the staff are very attentive and speak English quite well. It was great allowing us to use the facilities after we had checked out as our flight was departing very late on the evening.
