"The pool and pool area are small and have room for improvement. Not ideal for kids - especially small/ young ones. Pool was fairly cold, deep and quite small. Otherwise the hotel is clean and beautiful. Aura restaurant was exceptional. "

"AN OASIS WHERE ANGELS RESIDE This hotel is awesome! The staff are true angels! The front desk staff are very helpful, in particular, Bartu who is always willing to do whatever he can and extremely accommodating to make your trip as pleasant as humanly possible. Then there is Arlene, Colton, Helen and Victoria who make up the rest of this fantastic team! The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff are hard working and this hotel is close to many amenities and historic sites in and around the downtown core of Victoria! The Italian flair within this hotel makes you feel like you have left Canada and dropped yourself into Venice briefly. The rooms are spacious and cozy at the same time. The beds are comfortable and the pillows I found were very comfortable and firm if you happen to be a side sleeper! So, if you are ever planning a trip to Victoria, check this hotel out as it is truly magical"
