Very limited services at the hotel due to the strike, those providing service were lovely. Dealing with Expedia was not a good experience, however. I was promised a refund for my stay here at the front end of my travels on Jan.9/25 in light of the dramatically reduced price compared to what I paid. I have yet to receive it, am now getting the run around.

The first given room had a really awful odour but the staffs apologized and changed my room. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable and I woke up with body and back pain I didn't really enjoy my stay as I expected. The only plus to it was it's really close to the airport.

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert. The staff was AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond to make it special for us. Kind, friendly, caring. From Taylor's music in the lobby to friendship bracelets, stickers upon arrival and the decorations! Super convenient location to the airport with the shuttle and made getting around Vancouver super easy. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. Thank you for making it a special and memorable weekend!
