"Hotel is located within walking distance to all attractions. Restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. There’s a small kitchen inside the unit to cook simple meals which is a plus."

"Wonderful apartment that lives up to the pictures and description. Great location! The check in process is thru an app and detailed instructions were sent via Whatsapp. I believe there are 78 steps to climb so be aware of that. It wasn't terrible. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and two queen beds. Should be very comfortable for 2 couples for a family. The kitchen is in the loft and fully stocked. The only confusing thing for me was the airconditioner/thermostat. We didn't really need it...

"Lovely stay overall, the staff was excellent, breakfast options were plenty. Awesome location within walking distance of major sights and the central market was around the corner. Our bathroom set up wasn't ideal, with only a rainfall showerhead and a very low sink with a faucet that made it difficult to wash my face at night, but they did provide washcloths, which was great. I'd stay at this property again. "

Wonderful experience

"We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again."
