"I was not allowed early check in because the previous guest were “still there”. However, I believe it was because the person who delivers the keys doesn’t arrive until check in time. "This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, unfortunately a leak from the top floor impacted our stay as we came back from a day of touring and our bathroom was flooded. "Great property and location; however, when booking with Expedia single room, they rooms are located on the side of the building that needs to go stairs to get to the elevator and the rooms are very small. I had to switched rooms the next day to the right side of the building with elevator. Also, property is a little noisy, wood floors don’t help, I hear the room upstairs, but overall it was a great place and very well located. Staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my request to change room. I will return. "
