The WiFi is quick and reliable, as is the heating for cool evenings. Many food stores, cafes and services are located within a short walk of the apartment. "

"El apartamento es exactamente igual a las fotos y está muy bien situado en una gran avenida muy cerca de una parada de metro. Lo que menos me ha gustado es que no tiene ventanas a la calle y la plaza de aparcamiento nos fue inaccesible con el coche que llevábamos, ya que la entrada hace una curva muy cerrada y no nos fijamos de hacerla. Por lo demás todo bien."

AC inn every sleepingroom, but not in the livingroom. There are fans in the livingroom. The house is inn a hilly area. Good view, but not amacing view. You have direct sun from about 0930-2000"

"The El Cid metro is only a few minutes walk away and it was so convenient that we never bothered to use the buses. The apartment was clean, with plenty of storage space and even had an electric kettle and toaster. It would have merited a 5 star rating but for an unfortunate lack of communication between the owner and airbnb, who actually manage the property. When we were eventually able to make contact, James (of airbnb) made us very welcome and explained the use of the two bottled gas heaters...

"Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."
