"From the first contact until our checkout, the communication was excellent. The Villa was very well decorated and provided an excellent venue for our 12 person group. "5/5 star property. You never have to even leave! Staff always went out of their way to make our stay special, turndown and cleaning service was great, bfast buffet was 10/10, and property is just stunning. We also did the cooking class on property which was awesome and the hotel also set up a wine tour for us and it was great to be shown small family wineries. Such a jem of a hotel, I hope we can come back soon! "

"Lovely large rustic traditional rooms in stunning Tuscan countryside setting. Handy location for visiting the many local historic villages & towns of the area. Excellent breakfast with a large variety of choices & will cook eggs to your order. Lovely swimming pool in the grounds & on-site restaurant. The added benefit was that our 2no dogs were allowed to stay in the hotel"

"Casole Refoli is stunning!! The location is amazing - a feeling of being away from everything, yet the wonderful walled town of Casole d'Elsa is just a 15 minute drive away. The apartment was spotlessly clean with surprisingly great water pressure in the showers. Giovanna is a wonderful host, nothing is too much trouble. If you want a relaxing stay in the Tuscan countryside, this is definitely the place for you."

"When we arrived, Federica’s mother, Patrizia, greeted us. She was very helpful informing us about the house, Mandorlo. The home was very well equipped with all kitchen items necessary to prepare meals. AC was not available, but was not necessary, however fans were available. One of the best things about Podere Monti is the location. So many of the beautiful hill towns are within short distances of the farm. Federica’s book provides much information about the area.
