"The hotel is at a great location and the cottages are well designed, but the maintenance is terrible. Rooms are dirty and many things did not work. Lights did not work, A/C leaked water, sheets and towels were dirty - to name just a few. Food in the restaurant was not good either, no where close to what you expect at a resort. Service was bad as well and they always seemed short of staff. Just not worth the money. They have a good opportunity to make it better if they have good maintenance,...

"Our stay at The Taj Hotel in Wayanad was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the heart of Wayanad’s lush green hills, the hotel offers an unparalleled sense of tranquility. The serene surroundings, with their breathtaking views and peaceful ambiance, made it the perfect escape from the chaos of daily life. The food was an absolute highlight of our visit. From sumptuous local delicacies to international cuisine, every meal was a feast for the senses. The chefs clearly put their heart and soul into crafting dishes that delighted both the palate and the soul. "Wayanad Wild was amazing. The jeep ride to the property was exhilarating. The staff were super helpful. Food always delicious. The rooms were large and clean. The staff organised lots of activities and the pool was lovely. It was a fantastic holiday made extra special by the wonderful staff. "
