"It is a beautiful property and the staff accommodated an early checkin and helped us with our bags. The one comment I have is that this hotel appears when I filter for airport shuttle hotels. It only offers an 11:45 am shuttle daily. There is no other airport shuttle. Since airport shuttle was literally the reason I booked this hotel, I was am a bit disappointed. "Very comfortable and cute! It's winter, but it stays really warm. It can be a little hard to reach the staff sometimes, but you'll figure it out. My only complaint was that it's difficult to get complete darkness in the room to sleep because there are little lights on the electronics. I wore a sleep mask."

There are a lot of convenience stores nearby and also some bakeries and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk down to the main shopping area and central park or you can take the subway. "At first, we thought the room was great, but then we noticed bugs running around and the cleaning staff did a horrible job cleaning before we checked in. For example, we found food in between the couch cushions which can be the cause of the bugs. We had to clean the floor ourselves and buy bug spray."

"Staff were very considerate and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but good. The rooms seems to be designed in the style that caters to traveling Japanese business men. My room was small, but enough room for one traveler looking for a clean and safe place to sleep. The only improvement I could suggest to the hotel is to provide foldable platforms in the room so guests can lay their luggage on top of something. All in all, a great value in a convenient location in close proximity to multiple train lines."
